2006
After the performance
Youth and Sports Minister Mr Vivian Balakrishnan invited the team for
the reception after the launch of the Festival. The team performed a
rope skipping pantomine telling a story of the evolution of rope
skipping from playground, PE, exercise, sport to human circus in
Singapore. The performance was so mesmerizing that the Strait Times
published this action photo of the team.
2007
11 Singapore Team rope skippers participated at the
International Double Dutch Championship in Paris in November. They
where invited to perform
at the Asian Children Festival 2007 expo a week after they
returned As usual the Singapore team
is a
crowd pleaser.
2009
The Jumping Jewels where invited to perform at the 2009 ACF opening
